Wings

This sculpture has a 48" wingspan and is about 17" wide. It is made from archival and light fast papers, and glue. This piece is definitely influenced by the "afterlife." The abstract form in the center evokes a hawk swooping down while its wings are going up. WINGS is about the forces of ascending and descending at the same time.
